S6300266barmy:it was my first turkey and i hunted for 4 years and got one finnly it had a 12 inch bered 1inch spers and weghts 23 pounds i got on the first day of sesson for shoutgun at 7:00am weherd min of the roust

Sounds like a nice bird for your first one. But then again, they are all nice birds. The novelty never wears off. Good luck on getting #2 and many more.
