NY you ready for Thursday????
May 1st, 2 days away, can' t wait. Got rest wk off starting tomorrow to try, and bag a longbeard. Been out scouting last 2wks. Glassed several good toms, but haven' t heard hardly any gobbles! Looks like might have to work them over to start right out.

Ready ain' t the word. We got birds all over here down in the catskills. I am double checkin a few spots tomarro then I have to make my sacrifices to the turkey gods and I' ll be all set. I' ve got three gobblers that haven' t left my yard in 2 1/2 weeks. one of them' s goin byby thursday. seriously good luck and watch out for all those other people.

We' re ready up here in Northern New York! Just hoping the rain holds off for a little while!
By the way, I just dropped off a nice 38" 18lb. steelhead at Fish Wish Taxidermy in Port Ontario last Monday. You are SO lucky to live on top of some of the best fishing in the state!
