you should have a lot of fun, the turkey number in the area went through the roof this year.

Hey Donnie, have you hunted out by Clinton Lake? I considered hunting out there but I decided to wait til the Missouri season (to hunt private land).

nope... this was my first turkey season ever, and as of today I am tagged out.
I just hunted my own land.

Any you KS guys hunt public land in the eastern part of the state (near KC)? If so, how's it looking so far (i.e. hunting pressure, # of birds, etc).
