What is your favorite mouth call? Why?

I've had a bunch of favorites through the years.

Right now the two I favor most and plan to use Saturday morning are

Woodhaven Sadler McGraw: Super call, quite versitle. Great yelper, Kee Kee and KK run is really good, sharp cutter. Maybe the best all-around call I've ever had

Southland Batwing III - Clearer, less rasp. This call is really beginning to shine after a couple weeks of fooling with it. Nice all around call like the McGraw but with a bit cleaner sound.

H.S. Strut youth DD

When I started hunting many years ago I bought it because it was small, I have bought many mouth calls since andI don't use them because why ruin a good thing I bring in a turkey those last few yards every year with the Youth DD.

Almost any style of Perfection mouth calls. Seem to be the easiest for me to make quality turkey sounds on. I like that they are hand made,high quality,and they fit my mouth well.

I'm new to mouth calling this year. I used the Primos sonic dome call to teach me proper call placement which helped me get started but it sounded horrible. Now that I know how to useone I switched to the H.S. Strut Raspy old hen and I like it a lot.

The new primos signature series are very good sounding. The BF-1, WP-1, and TR-1 each have three distinctive and realistic sounds to them.
