Sounds great foo, Ismoked mine last year w/ brown sugar,cayenne and lemon pepper over alder. But think I' ll take your route this year, if the shot flies the way it did on paper.

Hey Foo as you saw form my other post, smokem them is by far the way to go! I' ll give your recipe a shot, or maybe use my own tastebuds, and add or subject a few thing!! But it sounds delicious[:-]
