And the winner of the 2003 turkey brain award is......
BENHUNTIN!
I had a 25lb plus bird with at least a 10 inch beard within 25 yards of me this morning. It took me nearly 2 hours to work him in. I even had to crawl 100 yards
on my hands and knees to close the gap before he moved in. As he craned his neck to give one last look, I took carefull aim and................ CLICK. PUMP, CLICK,PUMP CLICK?????????? [
] I forgot to load my gun.[&:]
I wanna crawl under a stump.[:' (]

I feel for you, I bet that won' t happen again. At least you got to go hunting. I' m stuck here in this office daydreaming about turkey hunting. You' ll get him next time!

A true conservationist, CATCH AND RELEASE hunting. 
. Just kidding I think if you hunt long enough it will happpen to us all. I know i' ve done it on serveral occasion. Just think though it prolongs your season another day
