New York NWTF Convention Report!
New York NWTF Convention Wrap Up!
New York NWTF members had their day in the sun this past weekend at the State Convention held at the RIT Inn, Rochester NY. NWTF members, turkey hunters, and outdoor enthusiasts that attended on Saturday, were treated to seminars featuring Brenda Valentine “First Lady of Hunting”, American Chestnut Society (Herb Darling), Jakes (youth) program with a youth calling contest, and a Wild Turkey Woodlands program for private land owners. There were plenty of outdoor & hunting related vendors on hand, and a State Championship calling contest was held in the afternoon. An awards dinner was held Saturday night, with dozens of awards handed out for both individual and local chapter achievements.
