Just curious......
 

How many of us are thinking of hunting out of state this year? I decided to go on a Rio hunt in Texas this year, along with hunting in Ohio and Pa, as well, as my home state of NY!!;)

I' m no longer thinking of hunting out of state as I found out I got a tag in Iowa and have sent off for one to hunt the Black Hills in South Dakota along with my home state of Minnesota!:D I cant wait

I am headed to SD, KY, NY and my home state of PA. Man I can' t wait to start the year for a Merriams, this has been a dream for me for some time now....can' t wait :D

I think about it every year Maytom ;) Of course thinking and doing are two differnt' things :D I' ll do my hunting through you this year bud, go get em' and make sure to take lot' s of pics :)

I guess I' ll be hunting northwest Fl. The land I hunt is about a one fifth of a mile from the georgia border and I do call a few of those birds over the line. I guess that doesnt count though.;)

Here in Tennessee and Virginia....i live on the border. Also my wife and i are headed to South Dakota and Wyoming in April. Now if we could just get some nice weather before the Tennessee opener 4 weeks from tomorrow!!!

I WILL BE HUNTING HERE IN ARKANSAS IN THE OZARKS AND WILL ALSO BE GOING TO MISSOURI AND POSSIBLY NEBRASKA THIS SPRING. CAN' T WAIT FOR THE NEBRASKA HUNT.[8D]

I plan on hunting in South Carolina this year with my good friend Blacky. My daughter lives real close to where we' re hunting so I have a place to stay too. I' m hoping to hunt in nearby Ohio (I bowhunt there now) and of course I' ll pound it hard here in my home state of WV! :)

WV, NY, NH, VT and maybe MD and PA. In that order on the first four states. I' m going to be one tried guy from mid-April through the end of May! Not from hunting but from driving, I' d never get tried of chasing " The King of Spring" :D

Paul I try to hunt in at least one other state everyear!This year its just north to Oregon!Its tough to get away when you work to guide turkey hunters and your time is limited!But I try to make the time at least once during season!I' m also heading about 200 miles south to hunt with a good friend in my home state!Should be alot of fun!!Good luck to all!!!:)

I' ve got liscence to hunt in Mn., Wisconsin, and the prairie units of S.D. Was going to hunt in Texas,but that for this year has fallen apart, so I' m going to Kansas instead.

Just going to stick around here in KY for the most part. Might hunt IN but not sure, very expensive state to hunt if you don' t live there. I just don' t have the money or time to hunt a lot of states this year.

Glad to hear that some of us will going to new places. This is a first for me, I just usually stick to my home state of NY. But, this year will be different. Good luck to everyone traveling out of state this year, and most of all, drive safely!!;)

I' m staying in Kansas, but after looking at the turkey contest, it' s seems that a lot of people do go out of state to go hunting.

I' m like TScott, I think about it all the time but that' s about as far as it goes!;) Seems like there' s always too many bills and not enough cash flow to go off hunting the turks in far away places.:( But if I could, I might not be seen for about 3 months or so every spring!;) Maybe someday though. Good luck to all you lucky fellas who will be traveling out of state to hunt and fill us in on the details when you get back!
