Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Had 7-9 redheads within 15 yards this morning, we took a nice 3 year old, 9" beard, 19.5lbs and 1" spurs. Some redheads and hens within 5 yards of us (we got caught with our pants down in a drainage ditch in the middle of a field, it was CRAZY). also saw a bearded hen! Lots of birds in NY and lots of talking, great season so far, 2 for 2 with 3 birds (as a party)!

I haven't heard or seen anything accept for a hen that came in yesterday morning. Weather turned very ugly this morning so I came back in. Got classes tomorrow but Tuesday and Wednesday I plan to be out, in different spots though.

Lots of birds on our property this year. We took 5 Birds in 4 days (Three jakes and two 3yr olds)
we messed up on two other nice toms too.

A lot of them are quite this year - we've had good luck with decoys bringing them in.
