Default KICK'S TURKEY CHOKES

Does anyone have a KICK'S turkey choke in there shotgun? I want to replace the factory choke in my MOSSBRG 835, and was looking for information from people who use them. What patterns are you getting and with what turkey ammo?, and which shotgun do you use with it?

I use the .655 in my 870 supermag. With 3 1/2" Win HV #5, its a good killing pattern to 45 yards. Averages 12-15 in the head and neck at 45 yards if I do my part.

I dont use a Kicks, but I do use a Jellyhead out of the same gun as you. Im tellin ya...awesome patterns! (Winchester Double-X Magnums #5 3.5" 2 1/4oz) I took the advice from a lot of 835 users and it payed off big time yesterday morning!

kicks 660 with 3.5" 2-1/4oz winchester xx supremes #6 out of my SBE..-- at 20 yards it is ungodly. 30 to 40 is VERY impressive, just a swarm of pellets on the turkey head target.

I used the 835 with kick's choke...one word...AMAZING!!! Shot winchester #5. My buddy also uses the 835 with kick's.He shot a tom last year at 72 yards. I've had great results with this gun and that choke. I just put one in my mossberg 500 too, and it shot a great pattern with Winchester #5.

Kicks is an outstanding choke and they have always been impressive through a number of shotguns we've pattered. However, that being said, the Black Diamond Strike from Indian Creek is THE most impressive with a number of varying shots. The pattern we get with the BDS choke using 2oz loads of #6 are simply second to none. Either choke and you're getting the ultimate in Gobbler crushin' performance! Good luck and good shootin'

Just bought one... and am not impressed... luckly I got it on sale... My remington factory superfull still patterns the best... I've got about 6 different chokes From Ventilator, Undertaker, Tru Glo, Kicks, and I've learned that there all abouty the same... No magic choke out there... Now if you own a mossberg then I'm sure there is lots of magic chokes out there
