Thanks for the "How to Post" I can tell you guys got this down to a SienceI made Small Box Calls for years, and you just learn what will work and what will not. If you see a Dodge Diesel slidding down the road, it will be me picking up a dead hen hit by a car.

One more question is the rapped string, Glued at one end? Are does the string go into the other peice? Or just up against it? It's a good looking call!

Thread wrapping is just like wrapping a eye on a fishing pole
.
Now take a loop of thead - lay it on top area you are going to wrap. Start wrapping and take about 6 to 8 turns and stop. The loose end you put in that loop and pull the loop that you wrapped over through and trim. Now continue wrapping. Before you finish use your loop again - wrap 6 to 8 more over it trim - pull through and you are done.

- this picture sez it all

The loose string end here......^..... is put through that loop and the loop is pulled to the left as in this picture. Once trhough it is trimmed with a razor blade.
