Nice story. I have never tryed fall hunting. This year while bow hunting(first week of november) I had a sh!@ load of turkeys roost all around me. Same thing happened last fall and i was in the same tree. I just might check that spot out next fall.

Foo, our banquet isn' t until Oct. 18th this year. Isn' t your soon? I wish I could go, but my schedule doesn' t allow it this year, I will get there though one of these years. Let me know if the NE local chapters project comes about, I will personally make an effort to get there and I will talk to our Prez. and see if we can get more people. Sounds like a great idea.

Yep, we bought a fake deer for the PGC, Could ya tell the difference between the deer and our Prez? Just Kiddin. He' s a great guy, and does increadible amounts of work for the NWTF and the new QDMA branch in the county, he' s also a director in that organization.

Hey Jal, How ya been old buddy, miss talkin to all you guys, I' m making an effort to get my butt here more often now! Hey, how' s the weather out your way. I' m going to shoot that freakin little brown fury animal that makes your town so famous!!!! Of course if you haven' t already. I swear shouldn' t he/she be getting old enough to not be afraid of its freakin shadow? I guess all we can hope for is that he/she goes blind one of these years and can' t see.

Anyway, i' m here and ready to start gobblin. The birds over here are doin, OO pretty good the farms are spreadin that, you know smelly stuff they like, seein hunderds on my way to and from work, can' t beat it. Only bad thing this year has been a few dead ones that got hit by cars, when they were pickin grit off the side of the road. Ya think their mother would have taught them to look both ways before crossing the road.

Hey how can I post some picks on here. Do I need to signup somewhere else and post them like we used to. Or is there a way to do it through this awesome new setup they got here now? If your not sure do you know someone here that does know how to?

The turkey are doin great here too,Never seen so many.I haven' t got Phil yet but each year I thin his family down.Bosstom or Bobgobble 2 can help ya out with postin pics. I still haven' t figured it out.Glad to see you back bud.
