Oh the NWTF also has a forum - I know someone published yearly salaries and it was quickly removed that caused a big stir there among its board members.

One thing you can't take away from Keck - he was instrumental in being one of the few who helped us turkey hunters as a whole! Do gotta give kuddos there.

I have heard that it was over $400,000.00 a year.

I agree with Longbeard, something isn't right. Although if you look back at some of the other groups, BASS to be specific, they ran out Ray Scott....a few years later he was back not as the CEO but a spokesman. I talk to Ray after that and he was very supportive of BASS....We'll see and I just re-upped and got two Jakes memberships too, Monday....

I believe WYObowfisher is in the ballpark in the salary. And while that seems ungodly to most of us working stiffs, when you figure on what a lot of CEOs of big dollar companies make, that's not so much. Of course, I've always made it a policy not to weep for those who make more than I do (and I'll never see that kind of money). For what it's worth though, the Federation fluorished under his leadership and love him or hate him, he was a driving force in its growth.

I think it's long over due!! Those guys in the upper 3-4 positions thought they were in for life. We needed new blood in the NWTF for a long time. Now all they have to do is place term limits on how long those jobs can be held by a person.
