I have used it before as sort of a locator call. I will start out yelping with a mouth call and then "interupt" the yelping with the Primos gobbler. Has worked pretty well to get the other bird to gobble. More often than not, I don't use it.

I use a Red Wolf Gobbler call for locating----but as said above and can't be stressed enough - be careful!

It works in the right situation.It works onaggressive territorial birds that are hung up.It can scare a turkey off as well as bring one in though. Be very careful using it. They call in more hunters than turkeys.
