Okay it has been a tuff day...birds are around and your first set-up you get there and a truck is already parked in your favoirte spot.

So you move on.....by the time you get to yor next spot it is well after flydown.......sorta of a new area.....yo have an idea whre birds are as yo scouted.........what do you do?

find a spot to just sit or troll?

Sit for a half hour or so and do some calling if nothing answers start trolling.

First I'd call the game warden and let him take care of the tresspasser on our farm... but playing along here...

If I had a good idea where they turkeys WERE, then I would try to figure out where they were GOING TO BE, and I would SIT myself there.

I realize this is kind of a well no sh*t sherlock answer... but thats what I'd do!

I'd be running-n-gunning until I struck up a bird if I had enough land to do so on. Sit and hope for the best if it is a smaller parcel of land.

Sit down and do some calling.

I have lots or area to roam so I would go to my other spots and try and strike a bird and work him. Run and Gun with patience.

I have several back-up spots picked out in case this happens.My spots are private but a few other people hunt the same farms.If they beat me there,just drive to the other spot.

Jw, I do have one tip for you. Set the alarm earlier. LOL
