Does it come with the fan.

It comes with a silk fan, and a adapter to make one out of real feathers. I used real feathers on mine like in the pic.

Could you give more details of how you hooked up the strings and how it works?

I took a hole punch and punched a hole in each wing about 3" from the tip and about 1" up from the bottom edge. Then Itook 4 cheapo tent stacks and bent them into like an I bolt and painted them green. I put the decoy facing me and use duck decoy string I got at Wal-mart, I tie it to each hole and run it through a couple of stakes for each wing to where I am sitting, then I just work the strings back and forth like a puppet, works great.

This decoy is BETTER than the pretty boy. It's easier to carry

The easier carrying is what sold me on the B-Mobile. I liked the Pretty Boy but it is to hard to carry
