How long can you hunt in the spring?

I hunt in Ohio and West Virginia. You can hunt until noonin Ohio and 1:00 in WV.

I always thought it would be nice to be able to hunt all day. You`d get more time in the woods. It seems there`s always a few days that the weather is horrible and I can`t go, (usually storms). If we could hunt in the afternoons, it`d give usa chance to get out. Plus, people could get out after work,also.

In Indiana it used to be till noon, a couple of years ago they changed it to all day. But I only hunted a couple of afternoon/evenings and never had much luck.

in florida you can hunt till sunset on private land and till 12 noon on public land...................tony

In Louisiana you can hunt a 1/2 hour before sunrise to a 1/2 hour after sunset. I'm glad, because between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. is one of my favorite times to turkey hunt. Usually4 to 5 is the magic hour for me on my property.

Wisconsin....... opens 1/2 before sunrise, closes at sunset.(closing time new this year). Last year closing time was 5 p.m.
