purep, The only thing to do is try several different loads and brands in your gun, My 870 shoots Win. supremes the best but by no means can I say that yours will also, each gun will pattern differently so just find out which ammo your gun shoots best.
I have tried the High Velocity Nitros before and they blow my pattern, But I have saw many guns shoot the nitro very well.

With a .660 Rhino Choke the 301A 4X5X7.5 in copper should perform very well. I got over 200 in a 10 circle at 40 yards.
Am shooting the H378 Hevishot 4X5X7 loads now and get over 230 hits in a 10 inch circle at 40 yards. Awesome loads.
Good luck with your decision. You can call Ray or Sandy at the phone number listed on the web site and they can tell you what should shoot well from your gun.

What's with the 17 different shot sizes? All I know is that 4 is bigger than 5 and 5 is bigger than 6. I have no idea what difference it makes with smaller or larger Oz. shells. Does it make them travel faster or slower? What's the difference between any of the shells besides the Oz.? Is that the only difference?

I use the Nitro ammo and have converted several friends to their ammo. Call them and they can tell you what to get. I would definately give the Rhino choke a try. It is an extremely well made choke and it patterns Nitro ammo and standard factory ammo very well in my gun. You'd better order soon though, this is their busy time of year!
