Default Need to order decoys

Don't really need to order them but I am hoping that I can get some oppinions and order them on Monday. I will be purchasing 1 hen and 1 jake decoy. I would like to see which ones everyone thinks would be the best combo to get. I would like to get 3 decoys but I have 3 decoys now and it's just too many. If you know of any decoys that look more realistic than these, can you please leave the url? Thx in advance.
Carry-Lite. Which two decoys? The jake and the feeding hen or the jake and the upright hen?

I also like the delta decoys on the Bass Pro Shop website.... Does anyone know if the delta decoys on the bass pro shop website are the same ones as the ones on the Discount Turkey Supplies website, if they are, why do they look like crap on the Discount Turkey Supplies website?

These are the ones that I don't like and was wondering if there the same ones on the Bass Pro Shop website

purep7646,
It's your choice as far as up=right or feeding hen. Carrylite does make a great looking decoy that folds and is easy to carry.

You also might want to checkout Buckwing decoys too.

I have a 3 Buckwing decoys, I don't like what there made out of. It's too bulky and if you ever need to set up close to a turkey, there too loud because of what there made out of.

I'm glad you said that about the Buckwings. I am looking to get some decoys this year also and was looking for advice earlier and until now thought that the buckwings were a shoo in. I've never bought any decoys before so I'm a newbie and so far everyone has pointed me towards 3 brands, Delta, Feather Flex, and Buckwing. The one's I was warned against were the inflattables, seems they are to shiny for some people.

If you don't mind me asking, how old are your buckwings? Do they have the expander stake? What exactly is it that you don't like about them?

I really hope that you get some good advice on this post because I will be watching as well... Let us know what you finally decide on. Thanks, JR

My Buckwings (LifeLite) are two years old, there the ones they have out now. They are also very shiny, shiner than the blowups I have seen. They have the expander stake. The material they are made out of (just plastic, I think)makes it so when you unfold them and open the stakes they make more noise than most decoys do, enough noise to spook a turkey. They are way too bulky. I hope the next set of decoys I get are not plastic like the Buckwings. I do like the expander stake. If you leave the Buckwings folded too long, when you open them they don't take there complete shape, the sides stay pushed in (not the whole side)...but the instructions tell you not to leave them folded for too long.
A friend of mine has a few Feather Flex decoys and they look pretty cheap. We were walking in the woods and we found one that was worn out, it looked ruff. The brown was coming off in some parts, not sure how long it was out there for.
I am stuck between two different kinds of decoys, Delta and Carry-Lite.

Just a note on the "shiny" decoys. What do turkeys do when sunlight hits them? They shine!

This too me is beyond shiny, it's like someone put 10 coats of gloss on them and waxed them. These will shine in the dark.
