I was thinking of doing this because every pair of gloves I have bought don't seem to fit right on the fingers and they mess up calling sometimes.

I always carry to sets of gloves to the woods with me,that neither one has the fingers cut out!Mossyoak makes a insulated elite shooters glove that the trigger finger has great feeling and grip even with the glove on because of a special fabric they use over the trigger finger! The other nice thing about this glove especially for you BB is the elastic strap that goes around the wrist making it real nice in keeping not only water from getting under your glove but them pesky sceeters and other little bity creatures too!The other glove I use particularly for those warm mornings and late season are H'S's extended cuff shooters glove. This glove is non insulated and has what they call a dot gripping material on the fingers and gives you great feel and control of your firearm!Take care Bob

i dont..i have a thin pair that fit pretty good...i can feel with them because they are thin and they dont cause any problems...in spring really theres no need for thick ones...around here anyway...when there is which it depends spring to spring how cold it is i just stick it out the sun will be up shining on me soon enough...

I run friction calls alot so I always cut fingertips off my gloves. I normally use jersey gloves, camo sometimes but the cheap brown ones too. On the left glove, I remove every fingertip and on the right (striker hand) I only cut off the ones that contact the striker: thumb, index and middle. This works well for me. And if it's cold, like it usually is here in PA early season, I either wear a pair of uncut gloves or wear my "custom-cut" gloves with some glove liners under them.
