OK SO I WENT ON A GUIDED TURKEY HUNT- ALL DAY 250.00 BUCKS. SO WE SIT THE MORNIN- NOTHIN. AFTER NOON COMES. WE HAVE BOUT 7 HENS COME IN AND BEFORE I GIT A CHANCE TO SHOOT MY HUNTING GUIDE KILLS ONE OF THE BIRDS CAUSIN EM TO SCATTER. NOW HE'S MAKIN ME PAY FULL PRICE FOR HIM 2 KILL MY TURKEY!

There is no way I would be payingunless you had to pay him up front!! If so, you are probably hosed, but I would sure spreada lot of badwordsabout this guy and his operation!!

I agree with most of the others...you did get ripped off. If he did that with you , who else does he do that to and what's to say that he won't do it to you again with most of the quail and pheasant? Put a stop to it early...

Hind sight is always 20/20 but your first clue was when a "guide" took a gun along. I understand a guide carring a gun on a big game hunt, but on a turkey hunt? Yes; sadly it sounds like he was taking advantage of a 15 yr.If you haven't paid him.... don't. Tell him: See you in court! Being 15 you can't enter into a contract even verbal. He has no collectible action against you.
