Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default Much Better!

I feel good about this coming spring turkey season. Last year poachers shot upall but 3of a flock of 17 birds, hens and all, on some land that I hunt. I thought it would take a couple of years to rebound. Well I was in my tree stand Saturday morning for deer rifle season and 11 turkeys flew down from their roost and landed in the winter wheat field in front of me. One BIG Tom and a couple of Jakes in the crowd.

Very nice. Take one of those turkeys now and save the others for fall time.

I wish I could take one now, but it's in a zone that has no fall season.
