how well does "the egg" work?
anybody own this call?.. if so would u recommend it?

I don't own one, so I can't help you there. But I have tried the "lonesome hen" call by Knight & Hale and this one sounds super!! M.A.D.D.'s version is a "Copy" of the lonsesome hen!! How original can they get?<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>

saw one in wal-mart and tried it. sounded like the lonesome hen in the store. don't know what it sounds like outside.

When you say "gobbler call"... Are you refering to a call that makes a gobbling sound? (May be obvious, but I want to make sure.) If so, and you want something simple, I would suggest a Quaker Boy Gobble Shaker.
