In my books, its a good gun with a long history of reliability.
I find it easy to strip down and reassemble when giving it a spring cleaning. Pop a 3.5 shell in there and brace yourself, some find it kicks like a texas mule. Enjoy your present.

I like the gun myself . I let my brother talk me into selling mine to him and I still regret it .

For the money they are hard to beat. I bought one a couple of years ago and it is the best turkey gun I have ever had. I did buy a ventilator choke tube to replace the one that came with it. Turkey Rambler is right though on the kick, but all the 3 1/2"er's I have shot kick pretty good. Mine will not shoot #4 shot very well but with #5's and #6's it is awesome.

thats what I use I shoot the Remington hevi-shot shells with the hevi-shot choke by Remington shots like a dream out to 40 yards and yes it kicks pretty good with a 3 1/2 mag in it.
