I hunted deer on Saturday, and got a young buck,and in the afternoon before the kill, I must'veseen 11 hens and a gobbler in one afternoon! Got me pretty excited.
I won't be hunting them this year till December 10th, probably, though, since I'm in Nebraska for deer during our first fall turkey season.

Well, I have been turkey hunting and have seen a ton of deer!!!!!:DI am ready to go deer hunting. I am doing my best to get a turkey for the team!!!!I willprobably be out later next week. Our pheasant season starts tomorrow, so I will be "busy" for a few days.:)

How many of you guys have started turkey hunting so far??? My season started Oct. 1 and runs until Jan 31, so hopefully I will be able to get one.

We need to get some chatter on here. It has been pretty quiet around here except for younggun.

Hi team. Sorry i didn't get a lot of chances to get out and seriously turkey hunt. It was more about my son getting out in the woods this year. I did shoot a hen the last afternoon though.
My brother in law and myself both went out and shot on the last afternoon to fill our tags. I only got us 11 points but we are ont he board.

Yes but it hasn't been added to the score sheet yet. Hopefully the rest of the team will bag some toms.

I'm working on it!!!!!:DI have a place that I have seen some BIG toms, but have been doing alot of pheasant hunting. I have until Jan. 31, so hopefully I will be able to get one.

Last thursday was my last day so it was take the hen or nothing. I just ran out of time. Time just goes by too fast. But the hen will eat good.

They way my deer season is heading my team may be going down. Our season opened last saturday and I never saw a buck. I will have to head out into the swamp this weekend though and find me a big one.
