Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Hi team, sorry it took a while for my check-in, I had a problem logging in for a few days. My season started Sept. 15 here in WI, but I've barely started scouting at this point. I'll also be trying to find birds for my son this year. Good luck to everyone and hunt safely.

Well it’s time to start thinking deer hunting! I smoked my fall 2007 gobbler late this morning. I won’t get into the hunting story just yet seeing I’ve got a few things like cleaning my bird and taking a good nap.Story add to"NH GOBBLE DOWN" post

I will tell you, I started at 5:30 and didn’t finish until about 12:30! It was my only hunt all day that ended with a sweet 20 yard or less shot. Now he's not one of the bigger birds I've been seeing but it was an awesome hunt! One that I’ll never forget

Here are the turkey stats and a few photos
9/29/07 11:30am in Concord, NH (checking station Morse Sporting Goods)
18 lbs. 7 ½” beard ¾” spurs
Tooky River Calls “Enticer”(kept the hens close by for a longtime)

Your score is 18 + 7.5 + 7.5 + 15 = 48

Hey guys, tagged my gobbler today. Our season came in this past Saturday and I took my daughter with me. She only lasted until about noon and we saw no turkeys. Monday brought about a long but great day in the woods and I finally was able to get a so-so bust on a flock at about 3:30PM. That's where I set up this morning and after an hour of listening to a couple birds gobble sporadically, they finally came in. What an awesome fall hunt!

8:09 AM in South Central PA
19lbs
1" spurs on each leg
11" beard
Mossberg 835 12 gauge

Sorry these pics aren't the best - there was no one home to take them for me so I had to "wing it"

Your score is 19 + 10 + 10 + 22 = 61

Good job, great bird! Sorry I can't help, our season ended today. I was out this morning and had a brief discussion with a very raspy sounding hen but failed to seal the deal. Can't wait til spring, but gun deer season starts Saturday so plenty to keep me distracted.
