I use candle wax to secure the beards. Hold the beard and shell in one hand. Light a candle and pour in the wax as it melts. When the shell is full and starts to set up the beard can be tweaked for placement. I then put mine in the freezerto expediate the cooling process(not necessary, just me).

Wacker, VERY nice mount!!! I think it's got an indian design to it for some reason. But Very Nice mount!!!
