How did you attach the bears in the shell? Like your display, I am planning on doing smoething similiar.

Redmag,I used Goop to glue the beards in the shells.

I need one of those myself. Very nicely done.

I use candle wax to secure the beards. Hold the beard and shell in one hand. Light a candle and pour in the wax as it melts. When the shell is full and starts to set up the beard can be tweaked for placement. I then put mine in the freezerto expediate the cooling process(not necessary, just me).
