How many Tags can you get in your state ?
 

I'm not in a State but another country here but a Turkey Hunter can get 2 spring Tags. there is no fall hunt here. How about your state what does it offer?...BT

Washington - 3 spring tags, but one of them must be filled by an eastern. Fall hunt by lottery, only if you haven't used all three tags. Actually, the fall lottery is a pretty good shot at taking a fall bird.

BT,I live in a no tag state -Calif!All you need is a hunting liscense and an upland game bird stamp and you can harvest 3 spring toms with a visible beard and 1 bird either sex in the fall!!Dont ask me why we dont have a tag system, I disagree with not having one because we do have those overzealous individuals who just seem to cant stop on three!<img src=icon_smile_dissapprove.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_angry.gif border=0 align=middle>On top of that I have no idea how the DNR comes up with the annual harvest totals!As long as the turkey is thriving here the majority of the DNR's time is devoted to deer and salmon!<img src=icon_smile_angry.gif border=0 align=middle>

BT,here in Wisconsin you have to apply in a lottery for a specific zone.If there is more tags available than applicants you have a chance to draw two tags.

Only the Big Island has a spring season for bearded birds only; 2 per day, three per season. Tags are needed in addition to the license.
During the fall season either sex, no tags needed.

We can get two spring tags and one fall tag ,but they have a quota in the fall and once it is reached they cut off tag sales .You need to get in early .Last year it was by drawing only ,but they doubled the number of tags this year and its first come first served till the tags are gone .

In Virginia you get 3 tags total. 2 can be used in the fall or save all of them for the spring which is what i usually do.

Here in Pa. we get one spring tag and one fall tag.They come right with our licence no extra charge and are good statewide.
