Is anyone else addicted to the sport of turkey hunting as much as I am? Im driving myself crazy and the wife crazy with all the turkey calling. I have pet turkeys to call to and am always out looking for turkeys. Maybe someone needto come up with a turkey annoymus group. I would probably be the first in line to join. Oh what a rush turkey hunting is. Am I nuts or what?

My name is Paul. Its been about 10 months since I last hunted turkeys. I almost fell off the wagon when I saw that longbeard under my treestand last fall, but my sponsor (landowner) doesn't allow hunting turkeys on his property so I didn't have tags...

I don't have a problem. My season opens in two days.Oh happy day!!! I've been scouting, filming, calling at home and in my truck, patterning way too much, buying too much turkey crap, buying a new 870 SPS-T thumbhole super mag, and watching tons of turkey hunting dvd's. Addicted, no way, not me.

My name is Dave - saddly I am addicted - more so than anyone can imagine!

I set-up my DB blind in the living room and wear my best Camo - complete with my headnet. Blind isall decked out with Fat Mans Rocker Recliner - with phone that Gobbles when it rings- a clock that gobbles to keep me awake -TV remote(If I camoed that sucker I may never find it!)- Camoed cooler- Camoed coffee maker and I play Turkey Vidoes or watch any OUTDOOR Turkey show and practice, practice, practicecalling in all those Toms! I rarely miss but my wife is deepely conerned as I might slip and shoot a big ole hole in the big screen as I do point my UNLOADED turkey killing, heat seaking, lazer giuded, custom fitted, gun at the TV! She has taken my gun away from me now and given me a stick!

Wifey hollers at me and all I can say - is I hear ya but ya can't see me! Camo sure does work!

Oh I have worn out a few calls already too!

Yes I am addicted! So much so I think I might be committed!

My name is Bill. I'm a turkey hunting addict! When I use to live in town it was bad, but now that I live in the country and have my own land to do food plots on and such, I think it can only get worse. I may have to be commited somewhere! Least the wife thinks I'm nutttts anyway!

Yeah, I say addicted. JW! is driving all the way down here to Georgia to hunt with me. Well I've got news for him and the team he's on, which is No. 5, I'm on team No. 9. As part of team 9, team 5 is gonna get their rearend kicked next week here in Ga.As a matter of fact, I doubt seriously if he even knows what a wild turkey looks like, ain't they white that far north.
