Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

I'm not new to turkey hunting. I am new to calling. I picked up a slate a mouth and a box caller. slate and box calls easy to pickup took 2 hours to get sounds from mouth. Now the question, any good places to get mp3's of turkey sounds and how did ya'll practice to get the sounds down and working?

Try this web site ( www.treetopturkeys.com ) and look in the menu on the right hand side.
Click on the words basic turkey calls and make sure your speakers are turned up.

I use CD's of real tueky voices.......
1. NWTF - a very good recording of all turkey sounds of spring both hen and tom
2. Lovett Williams - has instrucitonal tapes and CDs of real voice of turkeys and gives you a very good description of what the call is and what to use.

From those - I listen too each time int he truck and practice while palying so I sound just like them.

3. Expereince and being able to mimic what you hear out in the turkey woods.
