April 26 here, at least thats what it was last season. I haven't seen the new regs yet.

you should check the new regs cuz last years over here in texas was way earlier and now its longer

I will when they put them out! I won't be waiting much longer before I contact DEM if they don't update their web site.

I opening my season in georgia around the 1st of April. After that I head to oklahoma, wyoming, south dakota, missouri, and illinois, in that order. Its definitely gonna be a good spring.

March 17th in Central Florida. Has any Florida hunter noticed if the birds are doing any gobbling yet? Going out this weekend to try and locate some birds.

Yes, but they are being quiet early until about 10 am (with hens) then they are talking a storm in the middle of the day...I'll be in the woods sat....
