The borax I use comes in a cardboard box and should be close to the laundry detergent in the store.

The soap wont get it. You need "Boric Acid," it can be found at most
pharmacies. [/align]Do not confuse with boratic acid, that stough may eat the entire tail.

Get a box of Borax. If there is a Walmart close by they will have it. Most grocery stores should have it. Don't use that soap. Borax works much better than salt also. Keep looking til you find it. One box will last you a lifetime.

You can find it in the laundry detergent isle at Wal-mart for a couple of dollars. Pretty big box, too...you can do a lot of turkey fans with one box

I had to look hard to find Borax. My walmart, and several other stores I checked didn't have it. I ended up getting some at Kmart (thought that store was dead...). As said before, one box should last you a long, long time. It's huge in comparison to the amount you actually need.

Big cardboard box, laundry section, called 20 Mule team Borax. It works.

I can confirm this. I was picking up a lint roller the other night when they were stocking and a guy slid a case of that past me. The name caught my eye.
