20 mule team is the one i get as well. after removing as much fat and meat as possable I like to salt them first, to melt out the fat that you cant get to, wipe it off and then use the borax.

Salt works good also. I have many fans and have used salt and it works very well.

i like to use a mixture of salt and borax
