Default Patterned New Gun!!! (Pics!!!)

Patterned my New Mossberg 835 Ultra-Mag 12 Gauge Today and came out good. It didnt shoot Federal Premium 3-1/2" 5 shot to good, so i tired Winchester 3-1/2" 6 Shot and it did Awsome. Sometime it just take a little adjusting 2 get it right!! I cant wait for APRIL, Turkey Hunting is my Favorite HUNTING SEASON OF THE YEAR!!!

O sorry it was 50-53 Yards.

There are 20 pellets in Kill Zone

I was going to say, that pattern doesn't look that good. But at 50 yards, it is pretty descent. I have a feeling if you keep testing different shells/loads and chokes, you could do even better. Good Luck this upcoming season.

I hope you dont plan on shooting a gobbler at that distance[]Have you tryed Win HV #4's yet???

Everybody I know that has Mossberg 3.5's say they pattern #4's best

Nice...I am glad that you are pleased with your patterning. I am going to go out and pattern mine and see how it does with my new choke and new ammo. Best of luck this up comming season!!

I wasn't sure it looked all that good but at 50-53 yds maybe so (I'd want to know exactly what it is, 50 or 53 if I am carefully patterning my gun however). How'd you make out at the magic 40 yd mark? What was the difference between these 2 distances? Give you an idea of where you apttern is really breaking up.

I got the pictures to show in your original thread. When picking the address from photobucket, click the URL and then come back to your post and clicke the yellow box on the tool bar. It opens another window. Paste your URL there. It'll show your picture.
