Dog tracks,maybe coyote.As you can tell there is 2 tracks in the pic,one below the other.My guess is the animal was running.
Not bear tracks,they areto narrow and long,unless it is one of those real small virginia bears
Bear tracks tend to be more rounded. Bears also have 5 toes and claws,pic is only showing 4 which is a definate giveaway for amember of the dog family.
