This time of year all I can hope to do is "intercept" them as they do their walking thing, unless I catch them right at flydown. A week or two will help, I hope.

From the looks of it, you've got some serious competition! Holy crap! There's one gobbler to over thirty hens! This gobbler is going to be a busy bee, breeding most of these hens!

They're Merriam's, so some of them do show quite a bit of white, and I'd guess there's more than one tom, just one tom struttin' when I snapped the pic.
