here in south al. their like the rats, if you don't kill'em they take over,sorry but i usually kill around 10 or so a year, if your ever in town (around august breeding season for them) look me up and you can catch all you want.

you really shouldnt kill them, they keep the rat and mice population down, and they wont get you unless you mess with them. and they let you know if your too close. copperheads imitate rattlesnakes by shaking there tails in leaves. sorry for the little rant but i keep snakes as pets and people that dont like them dont realize how beneficial they really are in the wild.

tried to shot him with my pistol, but he was on the move, so had the boys get the 10ga. and sent him spending around in the road.

saw one two days in a row in the same spot either a water snake or copperhead they are def. movin round he was bout 4 ft long

i get what you mean, their arent too many snakes around here. if im ever in town illdefinitley look you up because ive been dying to catch some rattlers. ive never even seen one in thewild.
