Antlergetter checking in!! I'll be hunting the foothills of the appalachains in Virginia and West Virginia. Virginia season open this saturday, but the WV season is still a couple weeks off.

Hey everyone! just checking in. I will be hunting NY. the youth season is the last weekend in April then May 1st is the regular season. I can't wait to get it done. Good luck to every one and hunt safely and ethically.

Where is everyone at? I have had 7 birds with in 100 yd and 7 times other hunters spooked my bird and I spooked them.[:'(] Not been fun so far I hope things change!

hey team, finally checking in with good news. Ks opened this morning and we scored! 21.7 lbs, 10.25" beard, 7/8 and 15/16" spurs. was finished before 7 am. 2 more tags to go, 1 in ks and 1 in SD.

Now that's an opening morning. Nice bird. Way to put the pressure on. Hope you tag out.

I went ahead and posted this one! I saw that only one countsand this is my best so far. ThisGobbler came in after 3 hours of patiently waiting and scarcely useingvery soft clucks and purrs. He had 2 other Toms with him, one of which my buddy shot. And 4 hens following behind.

Weight: 18.9 lbs.
Beard:10.5 inches
Spurs: Both 1 inch
Killed: 4-4-06 in Alabama
Score: 59.56

NWTF Score is 18.5625 + 10 + 10 + 21 = 59.5625

got my 2nd bird this morning and scores better than the first one! this one is 23 lbs even, 10.25" beard and both spurs are 1".....scores 63.5. one left to get in SD
