Pluck, skin or breast?

What do you do with your gobbler after harvesting it? It seems that breasting is fairly common, but wastes some of the turkey. Whichmethod do you use? If theres's another preparation method I missed, tell us about it.

I always skin, slice and fry the breast.the rest goes into the crock pot to cook and use for dressning.waste nothing except the guts.save a lot of the feathers for other things.

I find the best way to pluck a turkey is, the second you shoot the bird, start plucking as fast as you can right there on the spot. The feathers come out easy and the messstays in the woods. Song birds can use the feathers for nesting. It makes for one ugly bird to carry out of the woods. It works good for me.
