To answer your question.
I promise they come before next Spring hunting season....if needed sooner well a few special arrangments can be made!
But this is a winter hobby for meand I start after Upland bird hunting is done. This year I got a late start but still all who sent to me had theirs before spring! I made 137!
Now how do I do this and keep them all separate?
1. Each pair of wings is logged in and placed in my freezer.
2. Then I take them in batches and start to process.
3. Each pair(s) is kept in their own container thru the whole process
4. When glued and I go to tuning - I pick the best one from the bunch(es) to send to you.
5. The others are placed in a bucket as per specie! What you send is what you get back and if I have touble I contact you and tell you what I can and can not do.
6. Then art work is put on and names and this also is done in batches.
7. Finish (2 coats) lanyard and then out to you!
8. I have paid for postage in the past but this might change!
I know it sounds rather like a mess but it works for me and I can assure you - YOU do get back what you send NO MATTER WHAT the speice. I get very few Osceolas!!
Here is the factory and noticie the buckets of calls waiting for art!
Here is a bunch more from this year waiting to be reamed and fitted.
Hard to see but I have a group rubber banded together!
And then here is a unfinished Grand Slam of wingboen calls!
any nore questions bring em on.
Want to do it yourself!!
I am willing to help you even from a phone call! Nite or day!
I do not sell these or plan to sell them....but will trade.

3. clean marrow, extra gristle and meat off and soak in 3% Hydrogen peroxide day or so
