Yep, I gotta here this story I'm all eyes.

I was very lucky this past fall at Jal's place.It started at about 5:00am , we got up headed out with the Bow to hunt Deer. After running a little late, it was starting to break light and Jim put me in a great stand, I climbed up ,hung my bow and turned facing the tree to take off my Orange vest and I heard a Snap behind me there was a Spike coming right up the trail to me and I have not got an arrow on the rest yet. I quickly grabbed my bow and knotched an arrow and drew. The buck walked within 20 yards and I placed a Splitfire behind the shoulder. I didn't get to sit in that stand at all,with in 3 minutes I killed my first Pa buck. We Taged and loaded the deer and headed back to the house. As it was still early I grabbed the Scatter Gun and way we went again just up the road we noticed a flock of turkey's in a field . Jim happened to have permission there and way we went for a scatter. Well Jim busted the flock and in persue we went the birds all Kee-Keeing and we called back just like we were regrouping with the birds. The birds seemed to regroup a little farther down the ridge just out of sight. We split up and I headed across the Hollow to the other side.I found a nice flate half way up the other side and I just got sat with the gun on my knee when I heard a Cluck in front and there's two birds , well up with the 870 and Bang , the Rem 4x6 loads made contact. The birds all scattered again but they went the wrong way this time for Jalvja and BossHen. Well looking at a watch the time was 9:00am and a nice young bird in hand my first fall Pa turkey. We sure had a great hunt again with Jim and Jan , the photo's are coming for it yet ....BT

Bosstom must hate to hunt.In the spring we hunted about 2hrs on his first mornin here and shot a nice longbeard. then like he said in the fall 3min. in a treestand and a fall turkey less than 2 hr. later.He spent all that money for a licence to hunt about 4 hrs.Now Bosshen and I love to hunt so we waited a couple days to shoot our birds.And we made BT sit and watch.We didn't even let him join in on the turkey dance.We had fun
