Default Widwest Turky Supply

I think they are going down hillI bought 3 DVD's from them last week, and they would not play in my DVD player... So I called them and told them the prob and ask if I could send them back for something else... Well the lady say's kinda smart "walmart doesen't even take DVD's back" Well I decided right then and there that I will not give them my money anymore!!!

NO... They were brand new... They were from low budget video makers... Look in your Mid West catalog... One was dream spring 2and the other two were from Rob Benson... Learned my lesson

Guess they don't go by "the customer is always right" policy. I would take my business elsewhere.

I ordered a book from them on Jan. 20 and was emailed back saying that the book hadnt been sent from the author to them yet. Im still waiting on the book. Why would they advertise the book in there catalog and website if they didnt have it yet?

MLB,

I'm not trying to be smart, but 3 DVD's could it possibly be a problem with your DVD player? I've already got the 2 Benson videos and they played fine for me (although, they are low quality). I just ordered Dream Spring 2, I'll let you know how it works.
