I see federal has a new heavyweight laod in #7 shot. Has anyone shot them yet? Where can u buy them at?

Yeah, I was looking at their web site. I also seen that they have started loading it in 10ga for waterfowl. Hopefully they will load it in 10ga. for ducks.

Try Cabelas or BassPro. Haven't looked for it myself. I am sure that any local gun store that deals with Federal can order them for you.

I never heard of #7's for turkey. In this state nothing bigger then #4 nothing less then #6

I was just reading an ad about these very shells!! Sounds like a winner in my book. I don't know off hand who carries them, but I suspect that Gander Mountain may. If they do, I may just have to give a box of these a try this spring.
