I have a friend that has one that is made into his barrel(I think a Winchester). It comes in handy if you are hunting squirrels, quail, pheasants, rabbits,or especially dove, you may like it.Since depending on how high birds are flying or terrain like tightening the choke to shoot squirrels out of the tops of trees, and then stalking back through the thicker trees you can open it back up.Tru glo says theirs takes hevi-shot too,so it may be worth a try to see how it would do for turkeys.

I have one here. Its a good rabbit, squirel and bird gun. Not good at turkeys. If your getting it for turkey hunting. its a waste of your money. Just my thoughts. Arrowmaster

I have an older model 20ga Mossberg pump gun (made before the days of steel shot); with their factory installed C-Lect Choke. Checking with the factory they advised NOT to shoot steel through it. Using those guidelines I'm not going to use HeviShot® in it either. It does all I could ask of it with lead shot however. Screwed all the way down to the tightest Full setting; it patterns Federal® 3" Mag 1 5/16oz #5 & 6 very, very well. My wife, (it's now her gun); has no problems dumping gobblers @ 35 yds with this combination.

Check with the manufacturer (PolyChoke®?) if it will be safe for steel, tungsten, or HeviShot® before you shell out your hard earned $$$.
