If this guy is as predictable as you portray, then maybe some "dirty tricks" are in order....
First, let me say....
(Reporting him is the BEST option)
I used to deliberately spook a gobbler every time someone moved in on my position.
If you're sure he's still in the area, shoot a stump...make him think that you got the bird! (It should shut the tom down too -for a while anyway)
You and your hunting buddies should put your heads together and come up with a "plan" (keep safety foremost in your minds though).
Even if you don't do any of these things, just discussing them and making up outlandish scenarios and plans will get you laughing and take some of the "sting" out of a miserable experience.
Accept that other hunters that are definitely part of Turkey Hunting!

You mention that this guy has a history of this type of behavior. So why in the heck would you or your Dad continue to tell him where the birds are? I just dont get it. Keep your mouths shut and enjoy your hunts. Just my 2 cents.

I would suggest having your dad no longer inform or associate with this mutha you know what. If he is that hard up to harvest an animal over a kid who is still in school he has problems. Maybe you guys should tell him youve seen birds, deer, etc in places away from your main areas.

If you want to "fry" him....Tell him where you have been seeing turkeys....Tell the game warden he is baiting....and bait the area for him....Just make sure its an area that you don't plan to hunt....In NC its hard to get a wardens attention for tresspassing....but baiting is a different story...
PS...I agree...don't tell this jerk where the turkeys are....
