Default Black bear on my cam

Had a bear show up on my trailcam .. It appears that he liked the deer scent that I had hanging there..
I was surprised and thought it was worth sharing..

Bears are curious and like to mess with stuff because, well, they're bears, what are you going to do about it?. I use gloves to set up my camers, but still have had 3 of them wrecked by bears so far this year.

I've gotten bears on camera in pa a couple times. Always just passing through..

They'll destroy cameras though as well.

WOW! 3 of them wrecked is awful. I am sorry to hear that.. I had one wrecked years back by a 1 eyed sow. I have no idea on what happened to her other eye. But, I try to keep them away from bears as to many people loose cameras to them.

I try to keep my cameras away from bears as they definitely will destroy them. I don’t bear hunt so this one was totally unintentional but thought it gave a few great pictures to share.

Not interested in 'em. Don't have a tag. Have 6 cameras out on 160 acres and have bears on every camera, repeats on a couple. Some of that was during mating season so there could have been a lot of males wandering through. Either I have lots of bears or a couple of active ones.

I have a big dislike for them around my trail cameras. I have had one destroyed by a bear and came close to having one ruined yesterday. I think it heard me coming in and took off? He was at my camera 2 minutes before I walked in to check it..
