I need a camera that will produce clear, sharp nighttime pictures. At the same time stopping action. I'll be using it to protect my property. For example, it needs to read a license plate on a moving vehicle at night.
If not a brand/model, at least which feature(s) does it need? MP?, 30 + piece infrared flash?, trigger speed?, recovery speed?, etc.

So.............. I guess there are none!
