I am having Bushnell 8MP Trophy Cam, it is having LED flash and range upto 60 feet. It gives very good picture quality.

I just picked up a Stealth Cam G30 for 75. They go for 130ish. Haven't put it out yet but I don't think it will be bad for The price I got it. Yes brand new.
