FILE ERROR on Bushnell Trophy
Why do I get so many file errors on the images captured by one of my Bushnell trophy cams?
It happens on about half of the captured images whether it's video or pics.
I put the SD card in the camera set it up the way I want it and do the format but I still get file errors.
Could it be just the card? It doesn't seem likely because I use the same cards in my other Bush Nell trophy cams and do not get the file errors on those other cams.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheap card?
I have a couple "cheap" cards with slow write speeds (Class 2), and if I use them in video mode or 3-shot burst, I tend to have a couple bad files in the mix. No-where near as bad as you describe, but using a Class 4, I've never had a problem.
I tend to rotate my memory cards instead of pulling the camera down, and this is what I noticed when I used older, cheap memory cards.
I also have a Bushnell Trophy Camera, but it's ~3-4 years old.
Edit - Normally the "class" is in a circle on the card. 2,4,6,8

We've had the same problems for years with the Bushnell's. They never have given me an answer to why it does it, but they always replace the camera with no hassles. Their customer service is outstanding and that's the only reason I continue to use Bushnell.
